Hey, that Stila liner was brand new. It shouldn't have been 1/2 gone or anything at all. You can tell in the picture it has like a bumpy surface to it, but it was never used .. it just comes that way because of the type of product. If it was damaged, then it happened in shipping - which can happen. You should've reported it to posh so you could've gotten a refund. That sucks, I'm sry.
