@gersonstore I checked the FAQ’s & I believe the buyer has to cancel. It says to go to your purchases, choose problems, then choose accidental purchase. If that doesn’t work, we may have to reach out to PM & have them cancel the order. Let me know if it works on your end first.

As mentioned, I met with my J. Crew personal shopper yesterday. Even though I need nothing, I bought soooooo much cute stuff. So, I’m going to be adding some items in the very near future - stuff I currently have in my closet but I haven’t worn. I may put a few things up bf we go on vacation, but the bulk will probably be the week of the 15th. I’m sharing bc I’d always like to extend an offer better than the bundle & free shipping.

@gersonstore Same here, but my shopper doesn’t get commission on Madewell. Also, the Nordstrom at our mall has recently started carrying J. Crew & Madewell, which has also cut into her commissions. I try to support her bc she saves me so much time and money. Especially around holidays. The truth is, I give her my list for my girlfriends & sister in law and she does it all for me.

@gersonstore I always get sample bottles when I travel. The Ritz has a note in my customer profile to put the spa fresh toiletries in the room rather than the usual stuff. If I send you something in the future, I’ll put in a sample for you to try. I know buying from the RC website is pricey, especially if you just want to see if you like it (also, their shipping cost is ridiculous).

@gersonstore Yes. I’m assuming that is where the scent comes from bc it is the only thing at all that I use that has a scent. I came upon it when I went to the spa at the Ritz. I normally stay at the RC when I travel for work bc they are one of my husband’s clients (he’s a banker), but I rarely go to the spa. It was a great find since perfume gives me a headache.

@gersonstore I lamented over selling it - but it was in my closet for 3 years and I hadn’t worn it. I have tons of Burberry, and should probably sell a bunch of it - especially the scarves (I have at least 20). I haven’t sold them bc I know if I want them in the future, it’ll be expensive to replace them. If I decide to move into the Burberry section of my wardrobe, I’ll give you 3-4 days of a heads up. 😎

I would be open to trade! My only concern is some items are my sister's, so I would not be able to trade those on my own. I could definitely be the middle woman to see of any items she would pick.

Just a heads up - the Ritz Carlton shops are having a sale. All the Spa Fresh products (including the moisturizer whose scent I think you like) are 20% off. The RC shop rarely puts this line on sale. I’m stocking up, but I thought you’d like to know. Another note - if your Free People Top is still available on Saturday, want to try a trade?

@gersonstore It’s no problem at all - whatever you’d like to do is fine. Frankly, it doesn’t matter to me if it’s NWTs or not, if it’s listed in my closet, it’s available. Re the LIV Tunic (if it’s the one I’m thinking of in my closet - black background with crochet lace) - that’s new also. I took the tags off thinking that would make me wear it, but I still haven’t worn it. Anyway, point being, I’m happy to trade for whatever you’d like. 😎
