modstyleforless @thrinotten No problem, select the order and choose to contact Poshmark and let them know the situation... they may take a day or two to respond. I’m afraid if I try on my end, it may count against me... and when I have tried to assist the buyer with a cancellation in the past, PM told me to allow them to correspond with the buyer. 🤦🏻‍♀️
