aouibitworn Hi Suzie. I received the dress back in the mail but I don't have an open case from Poshmark. They will only refund money if you go to the order and click "Problem with the order" and fill in the form. I don't have any control. They control all transactions. When you fill out the form, they email a return label. Just FYI for any future orders. Let me know if you have any questions. - Lara
