hi, If you would like to message me in the future please do it during standard business hours (9am-5pmEST) and not at 4am in the morning when the world is sleeping. also. I replied to your "issue" and left instructions. hopefully YOU can locate your mail from here on out. my job is to ship your order. not hand deliver it to you or your mailbox. that's infcat usps 's job & responsibility.

I also suggest that you leave that 1 star rating for USPS the actual deserving party. no clue why I deserve 1 star but I guess my consolation is nobody but me can see it and I've also reported it to poshmark as it is not a true fair rating.

honestly I don't know why you would even rate me if you never got your order in the mail. it doesn't really make much sense to me at all. ratings are for my performance. I shipped your order same day and it was delivered in 2 days. I even gave you some free gifts in your package along with your initial order. that's 5 star service if you ask me.... 🌟
