flygirlsuzi1 @motley_closet lol yeah took a long time and still not very good at a simple freestanding hold either but I really love being upside down in any way possible and it was a fun challenge learning to headstand. anyone of any size can do it, it's all in the technique & just learning to stack and balance. @LazyBonezYoga
