aubreyofavalon Hi Suzy, Today you gave me a 4 star rating, stating improvement needed with item descr., cleanliness, packaging & shipping speed. I strive to fully describe items, only sell clean items, neatly folded, wrapped in tissue, pkgd neatly, inc. a free gift & ship within 2 days, which yours was. Shipping delay was due to pandemic, not me. Please advise what was wrong with item descr., in what way they seemed unclean, and packaging issue, so I may learn from this. Thank you. Laurie
