bdrudolph I'm sorry you aren't happy with the Coach purse. I purchased it at a Coach outlet and I would never sell something that was fake as authentic. I wouldn't want to purchase something that wasn't real either so therefore I would never do that to someone. If you aren't happy you can return the item.
