At this time, we have reached out to both parties. In regard to order 5b4ab83bf2987ccf6e2af5ec, it looks like the buyer refused this order. Once the item is returned back to you, we will need to cancel the order to refund the buyer.

In regard to order 5b4b7d4a4cdc30def3dc8b6a, the buyer has not opened a return case as instructed. Please note that if a return case is not filed, we cannot help them return the item. If a return case is not filed soon, we will need to release earnings. We kindly ask that you urge the buyer to open a formal return case as requested.
When both orders are returned and the buyers are still interested in the items, you will need to create new listings to have them re-purchase.

@nancydwrites so the post office said they don't track returns. She's not sure exactly why, but thinks it's because it was only paid for on the initial delivery, and wouldn't be free just because it was a return. I have no way of knowing for sure, but Google's returning similar info. I hope you get it soon. Please keep me updated!

@nancydwrites Hi, so weird. Yep, used the original box and label. Just taped it back up, wrote return to sender and circled yout address. I asked the girl at the counter if that was all I needed to do and she said yes, so I thought we were fine. I'm so sorry, I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?

@nancydwrites Ok, so my mailman stopped by to tell me what happened. Apparently the issue is that I opened the box. Since it was opened it cannot be a "return to sender ". He said you should be able to email me a label, which I can print and use to send it back, but it's against USPS policy to process the package the way it is and it will continue to come back to me unless I switch out the label 😐

That is so weird! The other woman opened hers and sent it back. Poshmark then tracked it & dealt with the label..
I would say I would pay for it but Poshmark won’t pay me then....

@sybshep You LOOK LIKE A MODEL already. The dress was just icing on the cake. I loved it because it is so versatile a Four Season dress, and you can change the look from casual to date night by adding jewelry or changing shoes. I wanted to keep it, but, I am glad it found a home where it will be WORN, and not just a Project on my sewing machine.
