thethugwife Hi , I saw that your bracelets were broken ? Could you explain what happened ? I live in Venice so I would gladly replace the broken items for you , I have more that are in perfect condition . I've shipped these to the other side of the states in the same packaging with no problems ! I am so sorry that this happened. Let me know how I can make you satisfied with your purchase . sydneedrust @thethugwife no problem, when I got the package the first one I opened was the silver one, and as I pulled apart the brown tag, the chain broke apart. I didn't even touch the bracelet when opening the tag. It was bizarre. The gold one was gone no problem. It's just the silver one that did that.
