Hi there so I just got a letter that the items you sent were damaged and all I received was the Poshmark shipping label with the post office saying sorry 😭 I reached out to Poshmark. Hopefully they will compensate us on both ends since it was the post office fault

@emptycloset1908 Oh no!! I am sorry! That is so weird because I sent them in a box so I’m not sure how that would happen :( Hopefully posh will get back soon. Do you know if it was the post office I sent it from that sent the letter?

@sydhos hey there I’m not sure, all they sent me was a ripped label inside a envelope, it kind of looked like it had gotten wet? I sent Poshmark pictures of what they sent.

@sydhos Uhg so they emailed me back and I’m not sure they understand!! They said to fill out a return slip that the items aren’t what was described but that isn’t what happened I never received them I told them and the post office apologized that it was their fault Uhg so frustrating! I don’t want to get charged for items I didn’t get but I also do t think you should loose a sell because it wasn’t your fault
