myc7 Hey I just saw your rating..is the strap really broken? It is clearly intact in the pictures and the listing was a brand new listing?!? If something happened I'm sorry but I just don't know how that could have happened during shipping?? Did Posh give you the option to return it?

myc7 I'm sorry! I don't know how this could have happened?!? I even checked it over before I folded it and packaged it!! If there is a way to request a return I totally understand if you return it. Maybe contact Posh? Sorry again!
