styleuboutique @sparrigon Oh no. I'm new to Poshmark. Hope this isn't going to be an ON going thing. I just had to contact another person that I shipped the day before you and she just got her item today. I agree customer service was no help. I shipped your dress on the 3rd priority mail. It shouldn't of taken more then 3 business days. Heck I could of drove it to you. You can't be more then 6 or 7 hours from me. I guess we will have to see what happens tomorrow. 😒

sparrigon @styleuboutique they told me that there was basically nothing they could do and that I needed to wait until the 19th of this month before they could look into a missing package from usps. They said there was like a procedure or something but I had to wait and let them know.

styleuboutique @sparrigon That's dumb. And way too long to wait. I thought when I send item to people it went priority which means a few days. You would think after 10 days it would be pretty important. Customers service replied back to me this morning. They told me It looks like i nailed it on the 18th of January. Really??!! It's not even here yet. They are not much help. Let me see if I can figure it out.
