chachd HI --you bought an Eileen Fisher top from me and the delivery has been delayed. I just checked and it looks like it was sent back to me and is at my post office. I'm not sure what happened--did it ever get to you?

sydneymacnaught @chachd it never came! I got notified today that it was ready for pickup in Washington DC. Based on watching the tracker for the last couple weeks it got to the seattle distribution center then got sent back. I’ve never had that happen!

chachd @sydneymacnaught ok -I went to our post office today and they have sent it to another part of the city for pick up (DC’s mailed system is so messed up). I will try to get there tomorrow but it might be Friday. At this point I’m happy to cover the shipping but I’m not sure quite how to do that-will try to figure out. Thanks for your patience!

chachd Hi, I have it (finally)--my fault, a portion of an old label was visible on the bottom of the box that I didn't realize. PM says that since the sale is final the only way for me to cover shipping is to cancel the order and have you repurchase with a discounted (free) shipping. I am happy to do that and sorry for the mess up. Let me know if that is what you want to do.
