j_melyn @sydney_burford Hi. It should give you an option that applies your balance to the purchase. If the item cost more than your available balance it usually ask for the info. However, in your case if the item you are looking to buy is under your current available balance I would reach out to Posh via help center or Facebook messenger to see if something maybe going array.

j_melyn @sydney_burford Just to make sure this is your available balance correct not pending balance? Because as sellers we only get paid once an item is accepted by the buyer or on the 4th day by Posh if the buyer does not accept.

j_melyn @sydney_burford If you click on “My Balance” it will show Redeemable and credits. Both redeemable and credits can be applied to your purchases on Posh. Pending is not available until released. Let me know if that helps.🌸😊

j_melyn @sydney_burford It’s so strange it’s not letting you use your reedmable balance for purchases. I am not sure what’s going on. Posdibly a tech glitch. I did sent a message to Posh today and asked what are other ways to help in this situation. You can redeem your balance through direct deposit or via check if you just want to get your earnings.
