lucky0718 @psychicsylvia please let me know what you decide, if you want to keep the item I will pay the $20 ship charge, please let poshmark know bc right now it said there is case under review for the item, I can write on my end that I am willing to pay the $20 and you keep the item, that you don't have to return it and will accept it and that me the seller will pay the $20, let me know what you think, would hate for you or any of my buyers to be unhappy, my goal is to make all my buyers happy, thanks

lucky0718 @psychicsylvia ok so please let poshmark know the item itself is ok, you are keeping it, they charged an additional $20 for shipping, and that the seller (me) is willing to pay the $20, they should withdraw it from my account, let's both write that and hopefully it will all be ok, bc right now it says item under review seller returning item, so let's both clarify to poshmark what's going on, again, just want my buyers to be happy, thanks and let's keep each other posted on this 😀

lucky0718 @psychicsylvia go onto the page where it says my sales my balance, you will see poshmark customer support, click on that, then it will say contact poshmark support, click on that, then you send email to them through there, thanks

lucky0718 @psychicsylvia I contacted them and sent them a message saying you like the item, are happy with the item, want to keep the item, not happy with additional $20 shipping cost that you incurred and to please withdraw it from my account and put toward your account, let's see what happens.....

lucky0718 @psychicsylvia I am not sure, I guess they read our comments, see that a) u want to keep item, are happy with item, then b) they will see u were additional charged and how I am willing to pay for that charge, then from there on their end I guess they will withdraw $20 from my balance and move the $20 into your account, I do think it's important for them to know you are happy with item and want to keep item, will see how I am wanting to pay ship fee as well, let's keep in touch
