Posts the same day that the bracelet was purchased? To answer your question, the previous buyer which was 4 years ago, did not wish to purchase the bracelet, and I always ship my products. I relisted it after the transaction was cancelled. I have also had a hard week because my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer on Tues, so It has been a rough time for my family and my mother. Sorry to write that on here, but that was unexpected and traumatic for my family. So, I pray you can be a little understanding, that it was sent on the 4th day and not the 2nd, They do not release any funds to the seller until the buyer receives the merchandise. Hi Sylvia. The bracelet opens completely! It has a safety that needs to be open and then you pull out the stick straight out. I really wished you would’ve contacted me instead of giving me such a horrible rating😭. I take pride in my sales and care about my presentation. Let me know if you can’t figure it out. It is a gorgeous piece. I payed a lot for it🤦♀️😂🤗

@miresabel I am so sorry, Miresabel. I thought the bracelet was stuck or broken. I still can’t open it. I can’t figure it out. I gave it a low rating because I thought it was broken and wouldn’t open. I am so sorry. I would definitely give you five stars. I am really sorry. @sdeleon65 Thanks for the rating! To open it, first you open the secure clasp. Then you pull the long stick, maybe you need to wiggle it a little bit while you pull. It opens completely. To put it on just slide the stick back on and make sure you lock the security clasp. Hope you can figure it out.

@miresabel I took the bracelet to a special jeweler. He worked on it for 15 min., but could not open it. He said it could not be used. I finally saw the stick. It popped out with the instruments he used. You can’t see it at all. It’s so hidden on the side chain. I prayed, and I thank God he helped us. I love my bracelet. Thank you.
