zel2017 Hi there., genuinely sorry you are so disappointed. The original picture of your purchase for my dress was attached and item has no tags but new. The dress was wrapped in a USPS paper bag with packing paper in a very nice way. If the dress was squished or wrinkled, all it needs is ironing. Please be understanding of all of these before you rate a purchase. Please look at my closet to know more of my items. Please reconsider your option with eating. Respectfully 🙏
