heidisgarden18 Hi dear. When preparing your shoes 4 shipping I noticed the strap was sticky. the shoes are brand new they have been in storage in my house 4 a while & the lining must have deteriorated on the straps. It is now peeling. you're welcome 2 Have them but I really don't think u would b happy with them when u received them. If you want 2 cancel the sale, just go ahead & do it, I will understand & please accept my apology. Grandma Heidi.
