kellybinmd @sylviac15 i went to post office today to ask about the VS bra and tracking. I placed it in the mailbox inside the PO last Saturday 11/14 about 11:30am. I know it was then because I was rushing to make it before it closed. He said the package isn't there and he has no idea where it is😔 He didn't have a solution either. I'm sorry. I've never had this happen. I will try to initiate a refund for you
