jentx4nyc @sbrown1111 there are no returns. The only thing is if something is not as described, then a buyer can make a claim and Poshmark will review.

sbrown1111 @jentx4nyc how does the bundling work. I had someone put in a bundle but it was only one item and looks like I have to offer a discount. No way to decline since they did not include two or more items.

jentx4nyc @sbrown1111 basically they are either waiting to see if they find something else in your closet... or to see if you send them an offer.

sbrown1111 @jentx4nyc when you set up a bundle discount with minimum 3 items. It looks like you have to also offer an additional discount in order to make the sell. Am I doing something wrong.

jentx4nyc @sbrown1111 you don’t if they are a serious buyer. Some people might bundle looking for an even bigger discount, but they probably aren’t serious buyers.

sbrown1111 @jentx4nyc I just made my first purchase. It asked for my credit card information but also took money out of my redeemable balance from the sell of my items. I’m confused. Looks like I double paid

jentx4nyc @sbrown1111 under your sales, click on the sale, then click problem inquiry. Cancel order should then be one of the options.
