Hello Sylvia. I'm so sorry you were less than thrilled with this purchase. Since it couldn't be the delivery (I wrapped sweater in tissue, put Christmas ribbon around it, sent a nice note and shipped it the very next day) it must have been something else. I would love to know so that I can be sure it doesn't happen again. Thank you.
