cdp14 @sunsyl follow tons of people, and share your closet often! those are the 2 biggest things. Also, if you search on facebook for poshmark groups, join some of those! i've learned a lot from just reading posts in some of those groups. Best of luck to you❤️

poshdarlene @sunsyl Sylvia... I wish I knew about NOT paying for shipping ON TOP OF DISCOUNTS. PM “acts” like they’re offering the discount. Buyers don’t realize we’re subvening that cost. We’ve purchased it, paid taxes, bought gas, discounted it, packed it & taken it to the Post Office to ship it. PM takes 20%. So... try not to feel too bad. The Buyer can Bundle up to five pounds (boxes, packing materials & such add weight so TRY to limit Bundles to 4.5#) on one shipping charge.

poshdarlene @sunsyl To further clarify... when you have a Listing... at the bottom you can OFFER You can reduce the price and send it to everyone, including those that have Liked it. Reduce it enough and those folks will get an email, too. IF you choose to send a deal to Likers ONLY you must reduce at least 10% AND pay some shipping, too. Now there is a NONE button... so I guess enough of us complained. However... pay close attention to what you’re offering [is my main point].

sunsyl @jchawkoms8 i contacts the customer service yesterday. No answer. Poshmark is still charging me shipping on a item that was listed as free shipping. I don’t know what else to do

sunsyl @jchawkoms8 since I don’t have screen shots of the page where it said “free shipping” they are giving me a hard time. Why would I taken screen shots or assume I needed to because the “free shipping” wouldn’t be honored? I’m not sure what to do.

sunsyl @jchawkoms8 it just seems shady. Lesson learned, next time I guess I will take screenshots of deals I’m putting an offer on. Not sure I can cancel the order. Either way I think since my offer was accepted it should be honored as such. You were clearly offering free shipping on that item, were you not?
