stacyr90 @sramos1274 - Same here, Sylvia!! What could I have improved on when the Hourglass Lipstick was brand new, and I took care in packaging it well. Even wrote you a thank you note. Just rude to give a rating like that on a BRAND NEW, UNUSED item. Please do not shop with me again because you obviously can’t be pleased even with a brand new item at a good price.
