imjuswas @phoenixfire08 hi! Yes they were last week and I noticed I didn’t get an updated scan email so yesterday I reached out to Posh to file a claim. I’m not sure why they haven’t started tracking but will keep you updated once I get a reply.

phoenixfire08 @imjuswas Thanks for the reply. Thats interesting. Poshmark sent a message Wednesday saying you hadn't shipped the item and there was no tracker to pass on.

imjuswas @phoenixfire08 yeah they emailed me saying there was no tracking scan which prompted me to use reach out using their shipping issue feature. They emailed back saying there are delays and to wait until 12/11 and reach back out if nothing updates. But what’s weird is I shipped a bag the same day and it updated the next day. I’ll ask my mail person when I see them and see if she lets me know anything

I went to the support center from my profile page and clicked contact posh Mark there was a little form where I could email them. I’m going to send another email right now because I never got a reply from my second one

imjuswas @phoenixfire08 I very much appreciate that bc I didn’t want to seem shady or anything I definitely handed them off to my post-person who always picks up my packages. I schedule them to avoid going to the post w/ Covid & the other box that was picked up that day from a purse I sold was scanned—its already tracking so it’s very strange I think the post office must’ve lost it or kept it at the facility somewhere :( Also to know I haven’t been paid anything yet so we’re in the same boat

phoenixfire08 @imjuswas I got the tracking notice. I'm happy for the tracking but the lag time is ridiculous. If we hadn't been communicating, the seller and the buyer look shady to the other. I will definitely let you know when the boots are delivered.

phoenixfire08 @imjuswas I just got back from my local Post Office. Somehow the boots were mis-scanned and sent to another zip code. The boots were scanned to the correct zip code this morning. I was told I should see them in the next few days. Phew! Thanks for all of your help. You're getting 5 stars and a glowing write-up when I release the money.
