chez_kassandra Hi Sylvia, I’m having a problem with my printer/computer. It’s printing your shipping label with part of your name, address and barcode missing. I’ve tried several times, with the same results. My son is an IT guy, and says it’s a problem that can’t be fixed via text or call. I have to wait for him to come over and fix the issue.
