brandes Hello, I hope this message finds you well! You recently purchased three (3) pairs of shoes via a bundle from my closet— two (2) pairs of platform heels and a pair of ankle booties. Unfortunately, it is IMPOSSIBLE to fit all three pairs of shoes into one Priority mailing box.

brandes In light of COVID-19, I’m limiting the amount of time that I’m out of my home, so I want to get the shoes out to you as soon as possible, and hopefully today, but I think you’ll need to cancel the sale and re-purchase two of the pairs of shoes, and then purchase the third pair separately. sylvie1970 @brandes appreciate you reaching out to me. I understand delays due to the current situation. I am disappointed the three pairs won’t fit in the box. I recently bought two pair of booties and some wedge sandals and they came in a large flat rate priority box If you cannot get them to fit, can you explain to me how to cancel the order? I will rebuy the booties and purple heels. Probably not the red ones since I would have to pay for separate shipping. Thanks.

brandes @sylvie1970 hi! My concern is that in the past, I’ve had orders returned to my address when I used Flat Rate boxes as opposed to Mailing Boxes, two different kinds of Priority boxes.

brandes @sylvie1970 hi! So, I just heard back from Poshmark around 3:30 this morning. So, I’ll have to cancel the order on my end and then you can re-order, I’ll do it right now. My Closet is on Vacation Mode, but I’ll take it off for the next few hours so you’ll be able to purchase again. Then I’ll go back out today and ship the items to you, or tomorrow! Thank you so much!

brandes @sylvie1970 hi there!! So, I think we have the same issue unfortunately... b/c I only received one mailing label via email, which means I’ll still have to try to put all three pairs of shoes into one box. (And per Poshmark support, I can’t duplicate the label...)

brandes @sylvie1970 I’d mentioned earlier you bundling two pairs & then in a separate transaction buying the third pair, that way I will have 2 mailing labels & can put one pair of shoes in one box & 2 in the other, sorry if I confused things. I don’t mind reposting the items again, and then discounting the higher pair of shoes since it will have to be two transactions.
