eriebearie I'm at the mailbox now, but will wait to put the hat in the envelope until I hear from you. I'm more than happy to wash it again. I use mineral-based sunscreen, which is why the marks are there. I know they'll come out with another wash. If you'd like, though, I'm very happy to cancel the order. Just let me know. 🙏🏼😊
