sylcowell7 @beebeancloset When I paid for the item unfortunately I was charged full price for shipping. I had requested free shipping and you responded saying that you could offer reduced shipping. How does that work since I was already charged?

beebeancloset @sylcowell7 hi! So this is actually part of the way Poshmark works. I did send out an offer with a shipping discount but whenever someone counter-offers, they lose the shipping discount and pay for shipping fully, and I believe you should have received a pop-up message letting you know. I understand it’s pretty confusing so if you no longer want the item, I can cancel the order if you wish.
