You can ignore them or tell them you only do transactions on Posh. You can report them to Posh by going to their closet, clicking on the three dots on the top right of their closet page and selecting Report User.

If you look at another person’s listing, you will see those two choices for you as a buyer. Anyone who is trying to have you take the transaction outside Posh is a fraud.

nadinee825 Hi! I bought your Betsey Johnson Litza boots. The soles seemed clean but they’re beginning to crack after two wears and seem oddly slippery! I had previously owned these same boots and didn’t have this problem so I’m wondering if you treated or cleaned them in some way that may have caused this?
