starfish12790 @snapcloset I got the shoes today in the mail... they’re a size 9 not a size 10 like you advertised (Zara’s shoe size chart states a 40 is a US 9) I will be ship the other girls package tomorrow

snapcloset @starfish12790 I'm sorry to hear this. When I listed the shoe through the Poshmark app I selected "40" but on the actual poshmark listing it automatically changes to 10. I simply marked the shoes exactly as it says on the shoe. I even stated these fit more like a 9.5 I don't know anything about Zara and their "40 is actually a 9."

snapcloset @starfish12790 That doesn't make any sense what so ever that one brand (Zara as you stated in your comment) would call a 40 a US size 9 when people all over the entire world generally refer to 40 as a US size 10.

snapcloset @starfish12790 I pride myself on listing things exactly as they appear, and make sure to show (through photos) and by written descriptions how the items will arrive at people's homes so they are never disappointed. I have a 100% 5 star rating and have had almost 100 listings sold. I usually ship the same day when I can. So if they are not a 40 as stated, then you can send the shoes back to me.

snapcloset @starfish12790 I will somehow try to ask Poshmark to adjust the option when selecting 40 (as stated on shoe), to actually keep it as 40 and not automatically change it to a 10. (This is something I have no control over). Hopefully this doesn't sour you on Poshmark and I hope your next transaction goes smoother. I have had all positive experiences so far. snapcloset @starfish12790 well I'm super sorry for all the comments... but I just googled and it seems you ARE CORRECT! Zara lists their "40 as a size 9" according to the Zara website! 🙈 who knew!?! Haha the pics of the shoe did show a 40 on the bottom. Anyhow please return for a refund if you want.

snapcloset @starfish12790 if they don't fit you can send them back. I had no idea about Zara sizing. It was my mistake! I have other shoes size 10 if you want I can send you a pair. All the stuff I'm selling I don't wear and am using it as an excuse to clean out the closet. Take a look and let me know if you want anything I listed.
