blondemoment35 Not sure why you gave me a 4 star rating for those boots, their intentionally distressed frye boots. Everyone knows those boots are distressed. My description was thorough and complete. If you don’t like them you can return them.

I explicitly explained how they looked, anyone that buys that particular brand of boot from frye knows that actual boot comes like that. It is distressed. You could have easily reached out to me about them instead of assuming they were damaged. It’s always good to reach out to the buyer.

blondemoment35 You can google that boot online and all of them come like that! The stock photo is an actually listing directly from online, and they come like that. If anyone is a real boot person they know character make the boot and I have plenty of person boots from frye that I’ve actually “scuffed” up. Those boots you bought are absolutely gorgeous and should be loved. How can they be damaged and the structure of them is sturdy??

blondemoment35 I had to go back and look at my listing, you said the “toe” is damaged! I took pics of the toes and you saw the pictures, why would you buy something see the photos and then leave a negative rating? That’s not fair to buyers. A piece of advice, talk to your seller and communicate with them before you leave your ratings so you can try to return and item you are not happy with.

But maybe next time you’ll reach out to the seller an actually communicate before leaving a rating and work something out. What you can do now is sell them in your closet. Those are 350 dollars boots and you got them for 75 bucks and reduced shipping.
