ejj_angel You're in California and this is USPS ground shipping I can't guarantee you will have it for Halloween You should have purchased it on a different site where I would have other shipping options like UPS I don't on here My hands are tied here unless you want to pay more for me to purchase a UPS label for expedited shipping Or find my other sources online
