Hello. I just saw a message from Poshmark that there's some sort of damage to an item. I'm quite shocked as I certainly didn't see anything. @tuyet04 thank you so much for getting back with me. First of all my sincere apologies. Which dress? Navy or floral? I remember zipping up the navy dress when shipping it. However the Floral was already zipped up. Another valuable lesson is I will now pay more attention to zippers! So glad your mom can take care of it. Do you like everything else about the dresses? They really are lovely and I hope you enjoy them. Again I hope you accept my apologies it certainly was an oversight!

Also if you ever need to post a picture all you do is create a listing like you're going to sell something. You just use those photos and in the description& title just add "photos for ..,,,.,."and then add the closet name. Use zero in all required fields. You can then deleted after the person has seen them. Hope this helps. It's a privilege to be able to help other poshers along the way! Blessings, Pam
