Hey about the rating for the anthropologie boots! I had shipped the boots out same day you bought them, the post office claims responsibility & they were the reason your boots were late. I get emails from them daily saying my items will be shipped later than usual. If you'd be so kind to change your rating that would mean the world, it effects my closet and I always service my customers as fast as humanly possible.
