beaudoin21 I received the lucky Brand shoes and they are not an 8.5. They are more like a size 6.5 or 7. It would have been nice for you to mention that they are a lot smaller than an 8.5 even though they say they are. Now they are useless to me, very dissapoointed!

nahmastay @beaudoin21 I purchased those shoes in my size, a 8.5 but never tried them on. They were an impulse purchase. I had no idea that they were not true to size. They were brand new as you could see. If they were indeed not marked correctly I was not aware. Please feel free to return them as I don't want you to be stuck with a unusable item.

beaudoin21 @nahmastay yes they are much smaller than an 8.5. I could see that as soon as I opened the box without even trying them on. It's still a loss for me even with the returning because I am assuming that the shipping is paid by me and that I will not get the 6.49 that I already paid for shipping back right?

beaudoin21 @nahmastay I don't see that I am able to return them. They are labeled an 8.5 but certainly not an 8.5 by far so the fact that they are labeled as such makes it difficult to open a case to return. It just would have been nice if you accurately described this in the listing such as stating that they run very small or something. Again, very disappointing

nahmastay @beaudoin21 I understand your frustration but again, I didn't try them on. I purchased them thinking the size stated on the box matched the show. There was no way to know they ran small.
