awesomemax Omg this seller is a liar, those shorts were in a box in my room with other clean clothes. I checked them before I sent them out. Yes i didn’t sent out fast because I was really busy. She gave me one star. She hassled me on the price. Don’t sell to this person. She never accepted the package and Waited Over 7 days to make her comment. Wow.

jijitoy @awesomemax I would be upset/defensive if someone reported my clothes smelled bad, too. You can accuse me of being a liar if you wish, but I'm only reporting on what I received. No disrespect but I'd recommend checking that box again, because it was foul.It took a lot of effort to get out the smell out, hence the 1 star rating. Which took 3x washing, 1x soaking in baking soda and 2x with diluted bleach/soap. I would have asked for return and refund had I not been able to remove the smell.

jijitoy @awesomemax I ordered July 18, 2018 and it was not received by the post office for shipping until July 23rd, 2018... Delivered the 25th and only opened it on the 27th. Just as you were busy I was, too. I'm new to poshmark, I thought once you leave a review it was the accept button, but I'll look for it now.

jijitoy @theglassintact I'm sorry about that. As addressed on the item page, I was not aware that it was not holding a charge due to only using it a couple times and packing it away for almost a year. If I was aware of this, I would have directly noted in the description.

jijitoy @theglassintact I'm currently looking at the warranty information to see if they'll replace it for you. It looks like Mia Fit has 2 years and it was originally purchased Feb 2017. jijitoy @theglassintact Okay, trying to guilt me does not make me very happy. I understand your frustration, but I have been in the middle of a cross country move and checking poshmark hasn't been a priority. Second of all, I've gone above and beyond what is expected of a seller to try and get the warranty coverage and coordinating getting you a new device which is 1000% more than what you paid. I've responded to your email.

theglassintact @jijitoy I was not trying to guilt you, I had no idea you were moving across country all I knew was that you sent me a faulty product and stopped responding to my emails. You could have sent me a simple email in the meantime to let me know that you were in the midst of moving. I responded to the email you finally sent me and sent you the shipping label for the new product.
