Oh i see you didnt get the bag im sorry. I wrap my items up really well with bubble wrap and lots of tape in case it gets wet etc.. i guess some how it either got stolen along the way or in a truck that lost a load etc.. i feel bad because that was a nice purse.. let me know if i can help in the future.
