madisonabbynyc @ipposhop May we please just retain the original order and swap out the two shoes you don't have for two shoes that you do have? This was my first order purchased on Poshmark such that I received shipping for $0.99 and already paid. I'd like to keep that same total price.

madisonabbynyc @ipposhop If you cancel my order, that offer disappears for me. If we keep my current order total, it will be good for me. You still have five of the seven shoes I ordered. Let's just swap the other two out for items you have in stock. That would be the easiest thing to do by far. Thank you.

madisonabbynyc @ipposhop Because Poshmark won't allow it, you mean? It seems reasonable to allow that because you listed items in your closet for sale that I purchased and then said that they weren't actually available for sale. Why would you list them then?
