maddison_linsey This person doesn’t know how to use the app herself. An item was missing from her bundle order, she should have let Poshmark know that, and dealt with it through them. Instead she asked me to refund her via venm0, which we all know is against Poshmark rules and could result in me losing my Poshmark store... I told her I would look for the item and let her know if I find it. I’ve looked every single day for it when I pack up my other orders but I have not found it yet.

maddison_linsey Instead of politely checking in with me about it, she gave me a terrible rating and left a nasty scolding message along with her rating. I’m disappointed that her lack of ability to use the app correctly resulted in my receiving a bad rating. She claims to have had over 100 “good” interactions on this app, claiming the experience she had with me was “the worst” when I was nothing but kind & apologetic.

maddison_linsey It’s extremely unfortunate she lacks the skills to communicate not only with me but with Poshmark. I would refrain from selling to her as it may result in a bad rating, despite you doing your best and still shipping sales in a timely manner, while also risking your health just to ship them out during a worldwide pandemic. lovestonedla @maddison_linsey This posher left a major item I bought out of the package she sent me. When I received it & discovered it missing I told her immediately. She said she’d look for it. She never responded after that. 2 days later I asked again. Her reply “I tried looking for it but couldn’t find it. Sorry.” No offer to compensate me for the lost item. I tried giving her the opportunity to resolve the issue before getting Poshmark involved by filing an official complaint. She chose not to help.

lovestonedla @maddison_linsey I should also add I was already a little iffy when I decided to purchase from this person through observing her interaction with other Poshers in the comments threads under some of her items for sale. Her tone was a bit rude & condescending towards more than one person on more than one occasion. My fault for not trusting my gut. First bad experience My purchase history is easily verifiable by checking my profile. I’ve left over a hundred love notes to Poshers I’ve bought from.

lovestonedla @maddison_linsey I like to be fair & give folks I buy from the opportunity to correct any issues that may arise before filing a claim as I don’t want to report anyone unless it’s absolutely necessary. She’s the only Posher I’ve had to report to Poshmark so far. Thank god Poshmark corrected the issue after I sent them screenshots of all my attempts to communicate with her. I’ve been a return customer to most of the people I purchase from. Definitely not buying from her again. Stay well, all. ❤️
