longbeachgirl74 Hi Tabitha, I want to apologize 4 ur experience. I received the bag & seen what the issue was.The email I received from PM implied the bag was ripped/damaged. So I reacted thinking my bag was damaged purposely to get a refund. I think PM could of done a better job at communicating the issue. Nevertheless, I owe you an apology.
