tabbyj01 @lsconti1 I'm not able to see updates. I attempted to cancel my order but because it was longer than 3 hours it doesn't allow me. I sent a message to customer support to see if they can assist. It may take 24 hours for that response.

tabbyj01 @lsconti1 I contacted customer service and they stated that you can cancel the order on your end on my behalf. or if you wait 21 days and have not shipped the order they will issue me a full refund. I am new too but be careful to post exactly what you mean because negative reviews can cause it to be difficult to sell.
