hotngablonde @tntabbyshaw you can use with makeup On or off. I would use a pin to poke a tiny hole in the sachet and squirt a VERY small amount of the instantly ageless Info your finger or a small makeup brush. Then gently Dab it onto your face along the wrinkle line. It will dry within 2-3 minutes and the wrinkle will be gone. It lasts 8-10 hours. It’s amazing!
