tabithaleann @boutiqueluna Confused on ratings. I sold a pair of hunter boots, they had only been worn 3 times there were only a couple small marks on them, I sent the never used hunter bag, and a surprise headband that I made and she rated me with a 3. It took away my 5⭐️I pride myself in taking excellent care of our things and went the extra step with her freebies. Is there is anything I can do. I'm really trying to reach all posh accomplishments and be as successful as I can for our family.

goensshopping Also please LMK if you have any questions. I was just reading through your comments and saw the whole boot fiasco. I'm so sorry about that, some people can be so rude, plus the attacks spiritually will happen. Take a Posh break when it gets too overwhelming. And just take photos like you were advised earlier, of ANY, no matter how tiny the flaw. So it's pictured and described, you will not be at fault. God bless sweetie.

tabithaleann @goensshopping I really appreciate your support. I was devastated. I would never put something on here I wouldn't buy for myself or my kiddos and they were new worn only a couple times. I was so sad. Every item I have sold so far I've received 5 stars so it was hard to watch my rating drop just because of one person. It's ok I know what I sent. Thanks again.

goensshopping Yes, that's happened to me as well but don't worry, once you sell more items and of course they rate you with 5 stars, you're 5 star status will go back up to 5. I was relieved when I learned that because the same as yourself, it's happened to me twice for ridiculous excuses that weren't true. People can be just so mean. Now when I see a person is interested, I look at there love notes and if they have any. That says a lot about someone. Hope this info helps 😊💕

littleladyluck That just means someone clicked buy now on that item. There's no way to manually change it, it will stay like that for 10 mins to allow the purchase. If no purchase is made it will return back to normal. Hope that helps 😀

tabithaleann @browne7 hey sis thanks for writing. I'm not sure what to say since I'm only selling so far. I will say that from some of the things I have read I would advise against trading. I'm pretty sure posh doesn't really support it either. I would read about each person on their profile and read comments and ratings that have been left by the buyers and that should give you at least somewhere to start. Hope this helps a little.

tabithaleann @browne7 there is a shipping number given out to the buyer and the seller when something is sold so you can track your item all the way to your home. I thought that was pretty cool. That way as a seller you know when it's been delivered.

mattorries1 Girl.....if people add my items to a bundle....what do I need to do?

tabithaleann @mattorries1 you don't have to do anything. People do that sometimes to mark your page, to purchase at a later time or sometimes it can be hit by accident. I've done that by accident a few times, the bundle button is next to the share so it's easy to hit it. But you will know if it sells you will get the notification. Just check and make sure you have your settings right for what bundle discount you want to offer. Like 2 or more 10%off or whatever you choose.
