thestylefinder @boruka I'm sorry to bother you, but since I'm new to Poshmark, I'm unsure how to handle a transaction. I have a buyer who purchased two items, but as far as I can tell, they didn't bundle them. How do I correctly ship her items? Thank you for any help you can give.😊

boondbliss @tnsloat Hello, so she bought two items separately? Correct? If she would like to take advantage of one shipping cost versus paying separately, she will need to cancel those two transactions and submit a new one as a bundle. There is nothing on your end that you can do to prevent a second charge on shipping.

thestylefinder @patsycruz Yes, I realized after I package both skirts together, that the extra shipping label you paid for could pose a problem with tracking if it wasn't used. So I wanted to try to correct my error by sending you the small box with the coupon code inside. I really do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. I hope the larger box arrives soon.
