nlmbarber1105 I have never had this happen. Went to get the F21 sweater to ship out that you purchased and it is not in my posh closet. I am thinking my college daughter got it last time she was home and decided to keep and it did not get deleted. I am so very sorry. I have another one exactly like it that is new without tags. The only difference is it is cream instead of light gray. I can ship in its place if you would like. You can view it in my closet. will do whatever you want to correct and make right.
