tahratibbs114 Hi there. I was sent an email asking to comment on the earrings. So I did, and indicated my surprise that they were bent/ mis-shaped by the closure- since they were listed NWOB. I see now that my pics matched your pics as far as how they are bent. So it's really the NWOB listing that does not match the appearance. I should have looked closer at your pics, but I also would have appreciated you disclosing this information in your description. Does that make sense?

valzeefl Hi Tahra. I saw your 1 star rating because the box was "barely taped" and items "could've come out. I normally use USPS boxes but I didn't have one that the bag would fit in without having to bend it and possibly damaging it. I reinforced the box with extra cardboard and used A LOT of tape. I also took extra precautions in the way I packaged the bag inside the box by bothe protecting the handle with bubble wrap and covering the bow decoration that was already covered in plastic with tissue.

valzeefl If anything was damaged or fell out of the box please don't hesitate to make Poshmark aware of any damage or lost items so that we can remedy the situation. I take extra care in packaging the items i mail out. In this case I thought it was more important that the box was well suited for the bag than that it be pretty. That said I truly want you to be happy with your purchase so if the packaging caused damage or product loss, please report it to Poshmark. Thank you!!

tahratibbs114 @valzeefl hi, the box looked like it was run over, when it arrived at my front door. I’m sure you’re not to blame for this condition...I was alarmed b/c the tape was not reinforced...so the box was also opened. Thank you for your explanation, it’s really appreciated.

valzeefl @tahratibbs114 No problem. My main concern is that you received an intact product that arrived as pictured and described. I have never before received a rating of less than ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐and the reviews I have gotten are lovely and sweet.

valzeefl So as you can imagine a ⭐ was enough to make me think you received a box of hay, 🤣🤣🤣. I have received the wrong product before when I ordered three dresses from the same seller and one was completely different than what I ordered. I worked with the seller and Poshmark and I was ultimately able to still give her a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating.
