I do have a few questions: if the item is new but I do not have the box is there a place I can put in the description that they have never been worn? Are children's items popular and if so what brands?

apparel4u @missgreen050 hi there, yes when ur making a posting u can add that in the description( new item,never worn/used, no box). As for kids clothing its a good area to look in to i dont sell much kids clothing, but kids clothing sells well. U can google to try to find popular brands or look at top sellers closets for ideas. Hope this helps

austinstore17 @missgreen050 Hey! 🙂According to Poshmark, "You can now personalize your background image to say more about you or your brand. Go to Account Settings → My Profile and tap Edit Header Image to set yours up, today! They recommend a minimum image size of 320px x 160px." I haven't tried this, so I don't know if it works. Hope this helps🤔

vemilin @missgreen050 well you have to cancel the whole transaction. You need to go to your my sales tab and then where it says problems with order. Click on that and it’ll have a cancel order tab. Then when ready to re list you’ll have to make a new listing.
