Hi tala. I just received the Tory burch bag. The interior zipper doesn't work. I cannot open it. I'm disappointed that was not in the comments.

@beddoe4 so sorry to hear that. As you can see I never used this bag- so I never even tried to use the interior zipper or check how it functioned. It has been sitting in my closet since I purchased it
