@taleahe this is my first time using poshmark and I disnt understand that after making an offer meant the item was yours. I thought it was a conversation. I was in class all day and I came out to find out that it was processed. I do not know how else to cancel the order

@matildaowuo u cannot cancel the order it has already been processed unfortunately i was new to it as well and purchased this bag once i saw how small it was i had to wait for it to arrive which was today and re sell i had 2 more offers and accepted urs which is why i assume they don’t allow u to cancel when u receive the bag u can re sell like i did sorry

@matildaowuo if u read the posh policy it states they will not refund a changed mind it sold pretty fast when i got it and didn’t wait even a hour and i had 4 offers so just relist it when u get it i was told to video my sell and packages which i did to protect myself from buyers u should do the same when u re sell i hope this helps u as i just made my first purchase last week

@matildaowuo understandable but once u make a offer and it’s accepted there no turning bck i learned to as i stated i made my first purchase as well couldn’t do anything but wait for it to come and be fair to the seller and re sell it i was able to re sell less than a hour u will be able to as well good luck u might love it it was just to small for me

@matildaowuo yea the seller didn’t state that on mine i put the price reflects authenticity which i was aware when i purchased that bag doesn’t sell for $100
